I don’t know about the interaction with the heroine, but that much tylenol is likely to destroy his liver.

Any drug in excess is abuse… and Tylenol PM has both acetaminophen and benadryl, which can be dangerous in large amounts.
Even over the counter medications need to be take properly.
He has a problem and needs professional help.
